CRM outlook and the Track button

Hi,

A strange thing is happening in my 2015 CRM outlook client. Previously when I selected an email from outlook  and clicked on the Track button, it used to open a pop up where I had the option to enter the Customer and the Subject from the respective lookups.

I don't know what happened but now, when I click on the track button the pop up doesn't show up but the email is getting automatically tracked. Could you please help me to get the pop up back? Also, can we auto populate the Customer lookup in the pop up with a default value?

RE: CRM outlook and the Track button

    Hello,

It seems you are talking about Set regarding functionality as it gives an option to associate the email to a record in CRM (For E.g. Accounts Or Contacts)

'Tracking will just track the email as an activity in CRM and will not get associated to any record.'

You must see an option in the Outlook ribbon which states 'Set Regard' next to Track.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks !
    Vishal Hemdev.
