We have a Dynamics 365 Customer engagement instance, with a portal
The portal has a URL of {mycrmname}.micrsoftcrmportals.com
We are integrating with a third party product, where they need to whitelist the IP address of out portal.
I wanted to find the IP address range of our portal - so logged call with Microsoft - they have pointed me to the article
https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/2728473/microsoft-dynamics-crm-online-ip-address-ranges
Whilst the crm system itself - {mycrmname}.crm11.dynamics.com will have a smaller IPaddress range, it appears that the portal will have a greater range of IP addresses - to big a range to get whitelisted.
We also don't want the IP address of the portal to change - as the whitelisting will need to be amended.
So
Is there a way to ensure that a Dynamics 365 portal has a fixed IP address ?
For example ( and no , I am not an expert) forcing all the traffic from the portal via an Azure endpoint ?
