Hello,

So I created a list view (either system or personal) in this case personal. I wanted the result to sort by a field in ascending order when someone open it, right now it doesn’t.

The list is big, has some 300 rows so it flip through pages but I wanted to be able to scroll.

How can I do this for both ? Please advise

I have the same question (0)

    Hi partner,

1.About sorting the views, you could set up the sort conditions in view editor.

2.If you don't want to move to next page for more records, you could set the record number which shown in the view.

Click the Gear icon beside your Username on the top right corner and open the "Option" tab.

D365 support maxium 250 records in views. But attention that its a gloabl settings which means all the entities' views will use this setting.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo
