Hi, When I am trying to use the default assign button on top of Case grid, to assign a case (which was already assigned to a User) to a Team, it gives me an error saying (systemuser with id = xxxx does not exist).
The id xxxx is infact the guid of the team however CRM is trying to retrieve the guid from the systemuser table instead of Team. Is there any limitation around assigning cases from a user to a Team? Also the team has system admin privilege.
Does your user has "Assign" privilege for case entity at organization level?
You can check this in your security role.
If you do not have the privilege at org level, and team you are trying to assign belong to a different Business unit, system will show such message.
From context of your user, that team doesn't exist./ You may not be able to assign to that team.
Please get proper security privilege for assign for case entity for your security role.
Do you have "Read" privilege to the teams?

Check the Assign privileges of the user who is trying to assign the record, check by assigning the org level permission for Assign on Case Entity to that user.
