Hi,
In the event confirmation mail we have included directions and admission data. Unfortunately many people loose those emails. Is there any way to get the system to resend the confirmation email on demand?

Hi Annemieke,
You could create an interaction based segment to query contacts who have received a specific email during a period, then run a new customer journey to send the confirmation email to members of the segment.

Sorry a novice here as it comes to the marketing app. So segments work like marketing lists as in they are basically a selection right? How do I make the original confirmation email fire off including the event specific details which was in it? (a summary of the sessions they booked and other detailed information about their registration)
Segment and marketing list may look similar, but actually they are many differences between them, you can refer to following documentation to view their comparison:

For the second question, could you let me know how did you include specific details of the event in confirmation email before?
We've managed to pull this of by copying the flow the consultant had created to get the data in to the email and send it off by kicking off a customer journey. Thank you for your help!
