IV In-Transit Transfer- This Batch is used to record FSS Inventory Transfers

Hello Friends,
I am always getting the error when user Shipped the Transaction from IV In Transit transferred it won't post the all the way.  System creates batch in Inventory Adjustment with /This Batch is used to record FSS Inventory Transfers/. 
 
This is causing issue in Inventory.  It create allocation in Inventory.  I have to delete manually the batches to clear the issue.  
 
Do any one has face the same issue and able to resolve it?
