Hi expert!

Can I set multiple departments in a Company so as to invoice to each department?
I would not make multiple Company though they have same bank account and same address.

Can I make some kind of hierarchical structure for this case?

You should look into using dimensions - Working with dimensions to track and analyse data - Business Central | Microsoft Learn

Each company can be a different dimension value.
