Hi at all

Are there any best practices  to write custom services in AX 2012 R3 to be easy upgradeable to D365 ?

Any deprecated "Framework Classes"  that should not be used in the implementation ?

You can write custom service  by following standard documentation. As far as upgrade is concerned , you don't have to worry because custom service is supported and works without much upgrade efforts unless the objects /Functionality you are using is not deprecated.   I have done code migration where  majority of the custom services worked without putting any effort (off course those custom services were created for custom functionality). Take a look at below link for more details on custom services.
