We are launching a marketing campaign that will be generating leads automatically via a landing page on the web. We know we can create a workflow to send an email each time a new lead is created but we want to just email a consolidated report at the end of each day instead. Is it possible to automatically send an email with this list?

This has to be done from SSRS (which most likely is on the SQL Server).
If you have a DBA or IT Administrator you can have them assist you in setting this up.

I have scheduled the report in CRM to generate nightly. How do I set it to email? Can that be done from inside of CRM?
If your report is an SSIS report, you can create a scheduled report in Reporting Services, and have it delivered (in different formats) to and email address of your choice.
This only works since you are using CRM On-Premise. It will not work in Online version.

not really (since generating "reports" automatically is kind of an issue in Dynamics).
You might create a dashboard to display today's leads only.
You might also create an excel spreadsheet (using power query to connect to Dynamics, for example). That's all assuming you need to present that information to the Dynamics users.. if some of the recipients don't have user accounts in Dynamics, you may need to find a third-party solution (or do some development)
