Closing KM's on Field services

I need assistance we've created a field on the App where Reps can capture their closing and opening KM's,however this field freezes in many accusations with cause our Reps KM's for the month to be squid.

    Did you try collecting the F12 network log or Fiddler log to see what is happening in the background?
