How do I create a new Person contact and link them to an existing Company, without having to re-enter all the Company contact info?

I have a Company contact in Nav with no Person contacts associated to it. I want to create one or more Person contacts, and link them to that Company. Almost all the contact details will be the same as the Company, apart from the person's name, email and phone number. Can I duplicate the Company, change it's type to Person and amend certain other fields, then save it linked to the original Company? Otherwise, I'll have to re-enter lots of information which is already stored on the Company card.

On the contact card there is a field company no., select the company which you want to map it to.

Thanks. I understand that part, but before I get there I want to create the Person contact by quickly duplicating the fields in the Company contact, rather than re-entering all the Company address details etc to create the new Person. This is the part I'm struggling with.

select the company contact in the list, click on "releated contacts" (menu navigate).

In the opened page click on "New" to create a new person contact. the main fields from the company contact are copied to the new person contact.
