Hi there!

I am working in Demo CRM+Docusign. I want to add Docusign (signature tools) to CRM opportunities I was following the steps by guide from Docusign (https://10226ec94e53f4ca538f-0035e62ac0d194a46695a3b225d72cc8.ssl.cf2.rackcdn.com/ds-for-dynamics-online.pdf ) I can`t get the step "to create a new Docusign Configuration register". Because the system doesn`t recognise me as CRM administrator. I have checked my role and that is correct.

That is error message.

Please Anybody can help me?

Hello Jose Miguel,

Try to add to the user signed up in CRM these 2 Security Roles:

- DocuSign Trace

- DocuSignUser

After that, try to follow the following steps.

Hi Jose,

I see the document you need to be Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator only to configure and you have done it by checking your security role.

Your security role is the System Administrator in the top BU (I mean no customized one, right)

Have you checked your CAL License:

Make sure that is Read-Write.

Have you reached the Setting first page?

I think yes, you have reached this stage.

Or you just got error after click + New config?

I have reached the account login, but cannot login, need to create new account.

Which solution you are using?

I use this demo free trial version

DocuSign_DynamicsCRM_Online_2.0.0

And after that I manage to at least login and do config

My suggestion you check again the Security Role (make sure non-customized one), then check CAL License, finally check in the User MAnagement Setting in the portal for office CRM Online, check you are administrator.
