As soon as new Users are added to the Tenant, these Users are automatically certain Security Roles assigned within our Organisation:
- Customer Service App
- Field Service App
(= All installed Modules, Sales isn't installed)
Is there a way to stop that? I want new Users not to automaticalley get Roles assigned.
Version: latest of Dynamics 365 Online.

I tried to create a flow but got stuck at one point: how to filter down to those Users which have a Security Role assigned. Because it is a system n:n relationship between Security Role and User I think there is currently no way to do the filtering in flow as we could do it in Advanced Find in Dyn365 CE. Or am I wrong?

This is a default behavior.
If you want to get rid of it then create a plugin on association of security role, you have to check the user created on date is today date and user has Customer Service App
and Field Service App roles then remove these roles.

It seems we cant change this behaviour, but you can create a plugin to remove all roles once user created in CRM.
