Are the revenue recognition schedules legal entity specific? If i edit it in one legal entity will it change it for all? Also what is the name of the table were that schedule sit... I want to remove revenue recognition for some products that have already been released and am thinking using Data Management or something like excel connect would be the best way.

Companies in industries that sell multiple elements, such as products, services, subscriptions, and so on, must be able to break out multi-element orders so that revenue can be recognized based on a set of company-specific and industry-specific guidelines. So, you cannot edit one legal entity will it change it for all. When an entity has the same root datasource (table) as a form, it will be added as an option in the Open in Excel section of the Open in Microsoft Office menu. You can easily find out the related entity for the revenue recognition schedules.
