Unable to import Team record from one CRM org to another org using Migration tool

Hi Expert,

I added some team record in Team entity and try to import it to another CRM organization using migration tool.

I exported those record successfully and when I import to destination CRM org it is showing error message which is following.

Entity: team - Insert to team FAILED with Error : Expecting business column to be set for Creating business owned entities, business column is null.

Could you advise, how can I resolve this issue ?

    Hi ,

    Did you filled Business unit name in the excel ?

    Try to export template by going to settings - > Data management and fill the value of all column. You can use advanced find to export excel will all mentioned column in the template.

    Also make sure that similar BU are available in the target , if the BU is not available then import or create BU first.

    Hi Goutam,

    Business unit name is filled and its name and ids are similar in both (source and destination) env. of CRM.

    HI ,

    What value you put in the "Team Type" column?

    Try to put value  "Owner".

    Can you share screenshot of the excel which you are importing .
