How to delete (or remove visibility of) Customer Service Hub?

We use sales hub but no the customer service hub. But, when users go to home.dynamics.com, they always see "customer service hub". Is there any way to remove it?

1. I have tried deleting it (wildly optimistically!) and of course that failed.

2. I have tried going into Advanced Settings, Settings, Apps, clicking the three little dots, Manage Roles and then checking which roles have access:

CSR Manager
C S app access
C S Representative
Knowledge Manager
System Administrator
System Customizer

If I untick any of the roles as a System Admin and hit Save, it doesn't actually save the change (and it doesn't error)

Moreover, users are not members of any of these roles anyway yet they continue to see the App!

3. I have removed the Dynamics license which of course prevents access to the Sales Hub.

4. I have tried removing Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights for CE App license from within the Dynamics license but that doesn't work either.

The darned thing just won't go away. Is it even possible to stop seeing this home.dynamics.com or are MS forcing us to see it?

I have the same question (0)

Thank you for the reply. The first link suggests what I tried in point 2. (Though it is actually about custom apps, not the default apps, so not really relevant - I suspect it works for custom apps). The second link is my first point which also doesn't work for the system modal apps.

I find it exasperating (but very Microsoft!) that they ram their apps down one's throat. I shall contact Microsoft.
