Hello. Is it possible to have different access level for different sites in same table and same user. If its CustTable with site ID10 and Site ID 20. I want to give site 10 read access whereas site 20 create access. In same role and same user. Is this possible.

    Hi Sanjeshni,

You can use eXtensible Data Security to define access rights on records individually (or groups). E.g. view all records of the customer table, but only write access on certain records. I just also answered your other question with also this XDS keyword. In my next blog I will explain how to do this. This blog will be posted before half July 2018. The example is based on warehouse restrictions and having the option to read all purchase orders, inventory journals, etcetera but only change the lines belonging to the own assigned warehouses.

Outlook to find this next blog: kaya-consulting.com/.../xds

    Hi Sanjeshni,

You are now describing a bit more challenging scenario. You can indeed create a policy on the journal lines, but that is a bit cumbersome if the user will forget the correct filter if you are using e.g. the payment proposal functionality. For manual journal entry, XDS policies would be possible. Depending on the complete scenario, you would need additional customizations apart from XDS.
