How to reset status back to not submitted for approved released product

Dear All,

i need some advice,

I had created approval for released product, my question is how to reset status for approved released product, I need to reset status so those released product can be submit again to workflow for approval

as I remember, at purchase order we had request change button.

Please advice.

    Hi Benjamin,

    Out of the box there is no workflow for releasing products. Is this part of a customization or add-on in your environment?

    Hello,

    it do not know the process of Approval of released product, but it is the same as in pr, so the user which have submitted the request, should have the Option for "recall" in order to get it back from workflow, but this only works if it is not approved at this time.

    If it is already approved you can not recall

    Hi Benjamin,

    Can you contact the person who created the customization? Probably a field is added for this customization. I don't know how this has been implemented. Usually, the field should not be editable in the user interface. So, possibly you need to write a script or change it in SQL directly.

    yes, thank you,

    seem like , the developer create another button/menu to request change the status, so its reverted back to not submitted then user could do resubmit again.
