Hi, I am looking for a way to look up the Posted User ID for someone who voided an open payables transaction Entry. Please Help

Try running a Smartlist report to receive this information.
Go to Smartlist - Purchasing - Payables Transactions and go to Columns and choose the "Posted User ID" field to add to your columns in this report.
Thais should give you what you are looking for.

Hi I have done that , but it only shows me the Posted User ID for the person who created the payables transaction not the person who voided it.

Take a look at the batch number. Does it match one of your users ID?
GP commonly uses the userid as the batch number when voiding transactions.
