Marketing List: "Manage Members" button missing from ribbon after upgrade to v9.0

I am an administrator and have all the corresponding security roles/rights.

I am using ClickDimensions but I don't think it is causing a conflict.

Anyone has any suggestions?

Can you check the ribbon XML using the Ribbon WorkBench and see if the button has been removed/hidden?

Experiencing the same thing and finally glad to see I'm not the only one. It's not ClickDimensions. We've spent hours with both MS and CD support deleting the CD solution and we're still missing the manage members button. We're now being moved up to the next level of support so I'll keep you posted.

Oh I managed to get the button back. Fortunately I had another form for the Marketing List entity and the Manage Members button is visible on that form.

So I just copied that working form and used it instead.

Try that and see if it works?

Finally found the resolution. We had removed a field called "Locked" that is required to be on the form in order for the Manage Members button to show. Added it back and it immediately returned.

Re-adding the "Locked" field worked for me as well :) We dont use Clickdimensions so it happened after a recent Dynamics update. Thanks!

The Remove button disappeared again after the latest update to 9.0.2.1468.

Did anybody find a solution as the locked field is visible in the form?

Hi my delete button to remove members from a Marketing list (all unlocked) disappeared on upgrade to V9 last night too! Did you raise a ticket with MS?

Same here, the "delete from marketing list" icon disappeared in v9. Let's hope Microsoft understands that we need this feature. The workaround ("manage members") is way too clumsy for serious business applications.
