Display Price List Items in the Price List Form

Hello All,

Am I missing something simple here? Why can't I display the items that make up the Price List in the form. I understand I can get to the Price List Items through the navigation bar but why is that step even necessary?

I would like the view above to show the items like the view below.

Do you have another form for the Price List entity called "PriceLevel"?  It should have been added when the CRM org got updated to 2015...

The PriceLevel form already has the price list item subgrid on the form.  It doesn't seem to be a 'normal' subgrid, so you probably cannot add the price list item subgrid to any other price list form on your own.

    Hello Daniel,

The first screenshot is showing a Price List (pricelevel) and the second one is showing Price List Items (productpricelevel).

In order to a Price List Item, create a Price List and then go on a Product record, you'll see a subgrid Price List Items, from there click on the Add button, you'll see the fields you want.

You can also add a Price List Item from the view (second screenshot) by clicking on Add new price list item button.

Edit : I misunderstood the question.

Open Pricelevel form of an pricelist entity in customization and use "save as" button to create new form. With this approach your new form will have pricelist items subgrid added and you can modify this form the way you want.

    Chitra and Kyle,

For some reason that form was inactivated in our system. I reactivated it and it is working how we needed it.

Thank you so much for your help.
