20I have read several posts and articles about embedding a QR code for an event registration into an email (journey). I've selected and added the QR code element, however, when I link to the event registration code, it does not appear to pull the unique reg id/code.
I needed to change it link to "text" and then used personalization to drill down to find the reg id. When I do a test and scan the QR code that sends, it appears to be the correct QR code. Any suggestions why using the suggested event reg code would not work correctly?
