Hi,
I am aware there isn't any workflow approval for Business Central Contacts.
But if the user insist having an approval workflow, is that possible to be customized, example via Power Automate?
Appreciate all advise.

Yes, you can definitely do that in Power Automate.
That is a lot easier than have to start customizing Business Centrals internal approval workflows.
Hi, I think even with Power Automate you need to add some customization, you need a status field on Contact and that not allow users to enable it before approval.
PS: In the Business Central 2023 release wave 1 plan, there are the following new features, perhaps Microsoft will add this template.
