Hi
One of the reasons we chose 365M was the ability to integrate LinkedIn LeadGen forms into our Lead system.
Unfortunately, we are not able to use this for the following reasons:
1. The LeadGen forms on submission do not use our matching strategy to check on "email address" to see if there is an existing lead, then update it. It will always create a NEW lead in the system. Exactly the same problem as with the Event module.
2. We use the dynamic Country lookup fields on our 365 Marketing forms to route incoming leads based on the country chosen to respective sales offices to process. This is not possible to use as inside LinkedIn, the country fields must be added manually. They do not use the same country drop-down fields as on the forms. Two different systems that cannot connect properly but both owned by Microsoft.
Question:
Is their a solution to the 2 issues i have mentioned or are Microsoft working on fixing these in a future update and when if yes could we expect to see this?
Hi Nya,
I take there is still not further updates regarding my two questions about LinkedIn Lead Gen integration?
I havent seen anything yet in the "whats new" docmentation.
Have you heard anything?
Hi Chris,
For the settlement time and plan of known issues, the current bases for reference are the followings:
Product Updates | Microsoft Dynamics 365
New and upcoming features (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform release plans | Microsoft Docs
Product Roadmap | Microsoft Dynamics 365
For more details, please create a support ticket to MS.
If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
Best Regards,
Nya
