I'm new to CRM and have loads to learn so please excuse my lack of knowledge. One of our clients has a mailbox for himself and that can send emails from CRM 2013 using outlook.
He explained that his company has a mailbox (info@companyname.com) and wants to send emails from crm using that. He has outlook set up on another computer for that account (info@companyname.com) but can't send as he's logging into crm using his account.
My question is this - does the info@companyname.com mailbox account have to have a CRM login account?
