Hi Experts!

Do u know, if in Business Central On Cloud it is possible the access from users of different domains? and what configurations are the options?

You can have guest accounts from other tenants/domains and assign BC licenses in the 365 admin centre. You also have 3 free external account licenses. That uses the same concept but in a neater style
