POS authentication Worker POS password reset after forced lockout

If an organization has Commerce Parameters > POS authentication configured to lockup users after x amount of retries for x amount of minutes, is there a way to view workers that been locked out in back office?
 
Furthermore, if a user has been locked out and call a help desk for assistance, is there a way to reset their password and bypass the lockout rules the organization has set to allow the worker to access to POS application?

    Hi Nicholas,
     
    i don't think i can find a menu to check which worker has been locked out in HQ.
    i found a work around to release a locked out worker, is to change the worker password to a new pass, and run the 1060 job.
