Web-to-Lead Capture in CRM 365? What Out of Box new options are available?

I noticed in Salesforce we can embed a simple code to any external web page/form and when the form is submitted, a corresponding record (lead, case) is created in Salesforce. Is it possible to achieve the similar functionality in the latest version of Dynamics 365? We are running the latest version of CRM 365 - V9. Did Microsoft add this functionality?

Any suggestions?

There is no OOTB option available but can be achieved very easily
