Where in D365FO can I add our companies AP details for sending out payment advise to our suppliers? It is currently blank except for the ABN.

Below is the OOTB/Standard format from the MS demo system (I used the USMF legal entity). As you can see there is no email label shown.
Therefore if you are seeing an email label in the output, I would suggest that you aren't using the OOTB/Standard.

Standard Remittance/Payment Advice:
1) Doesn't show the Email address
2) Fax - In Legal entity setup, it will show the PRIMARY Fax number
3) Phone - In Legal entity setup, it will show the PRIMARY Phone number

The first thing that I think we should know is if you are using the standard/OOTB Remittance advice document? Or have you had it modified by a developer?

Hi The screenshot is from a AP, payment advice. It is missing our telephone number and our remittances email address and I cannot find where to put in these details. I can add the details in the organisation administration but there is no way for the program to know that it should be picked up on the payment advice so there must be somewhere else I need to add these contact details. Although, I cannot find anywhere under Org adm/org/LE to input the remittance email address that would filter through to the actual form "payment advise" Do you have another suggestion?
