We have pushed out personalization's with our employees on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, after a random period of time (sometimes a couple of months, other times a week or two) the personalizations vanish. I've been told this is because Microsoft is doing updates and it removes the personalization's. Can someone confirm this or explain how to ensure personalization's never change?

Can i know which specific product are you using? Dynamics Human Resource or Dynamics F&O?
Is only the ESS workspace personalization cleared?
I donot think that the updates can clear the personalization as it is stored in Database.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
