Email Notification on Commerce

Hi all, 

I in the middle to testing notifications email at Dynamice 365 commerce

i already setup the email notification on Commerce Email notification profile

then i have question, how i can i test this function is work or not ?

since, already tested it from POS to create customer order, then mark as packed. the notification email is not running

or any step that i missed ?

    Hi Joshua,

    You said the notification email is not running.Are you receiving errors or incorrectly configured messages？

    Please also check the configuration about your outgoing mail service and set up a batch job before you send mails.

    hi Judy,

    no error on setup and configuration

    yes I already config the outgoing mail service and batch job, and did Test Email, it's worked.

    and I try to send email receipt, it's worked too. but I didn't know how the email notification not send

    Please check if you have configured the email notification batch job.

    Below is the link for setting up the batch job:
