Outgoing emails not working

Hi Team,

Users didn't get emails. I found that outgoing email failed in the mailbox. It was working before. The status of incoming and appointments are successful except the outgoing email. Please guide me.

there is a limit in exchange - it allow 10k mail per day. You might be exceeding that which is causing your email to be failed.

Yes, It's already enabled. I logged in as the global admin. Everything was working before. I sent almost 30000 emails. I am using the trial version. Is this the cause of not sending email

you mailbox need to be enabled. Please try approving the email address and then test and enable the mailbox - you can find these option in ribbon of the mailbox.

You need to be global admin to approve email.

You are using CRM Online and Email Router, or is this a bug in your tags?
