Help missing under (?) "Help and Support" on top right ribbon

Hey, 

I logged into our Sandbox env to go over some demos for our clients and noticed that the "help" button that's under the question mark is missing.

Normally, above 'Feedback' it would say 'Help' and I can go into Task Guides that MS provides.

Any idea why this would suddenly not appear?

    Is this for an online Sandbox organization or on premise?  Also, if online, does any other organization experience this issue?  If on premise, what is the build you are on?
