Regarding MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials that is hosted in Azure Cloud, are there any other fees to the end-customer that need to be factored into consideration (e.g., partner support fees for Azure admin, support from Partner for Essentials software support?

Hi, If you're talking about the Cloud (SaaS) version, there's no other charge for this, just the license fee. If you add other Add-ons, you need to charge according to the product.

But if you are talking about On-Premises hosted on Azure, you need to charge Object range, license, enhancement fees, etc. like NAV.
In addition, for the On-Premises version, Microsoft has recently added the concept of Universal code.
