Purchase Order State field missing

Hello,

I have noticed when testing in a different company on the Purchase Order Header the Buy-From State field missing. I have checked the countries/regions and the address format is the same for both companies. There is no personalization done on the page. Does anyone know how to get the State field to show up?

Purchase Order State field missing

In the General Ledger Setup Page check the Local Address Format field, it could be different between the two companies:

if address format in a country/region is custom, you can customize the address as well.
