ReferenceError: getSMSData is not defined at eval in CRM 2016?

Hi,

I am getting this error onChange event of my optionset in crm 2016 online.Previously it was works fine.Suddenly i got this error.

I have checked the getSMSData() is declared in onchnage event of the form,everything is in proper way. 

Please help

    For those that may come across this posting, I also got this error because I mistakenly used the wrong operator for not equal in an if statement (<> versus !=).  My brain tends to think T-SQL first for some reason.

    Hello,

    Can you please confirm that one of webresources added to a form contains that function and provide a code of webresorurce where getSMSData function is located?
