Deleting or removing Multiple Locations for Stock Item Numbers?

Hello All,

I am wondering if you can help,

So we currently use Microsoft Dynamics AX for our stock takes, however when we move item number locations on the system, we cannot remove the old location and when running any stock reports it shows more than one location which is extremely confusing because you don't know which one is the current location?

I'm sure this cannot just be a glitch within AX and surely must be something I am missing?

Unfortunately changing this system is not possible so I need a solution :)

Hello Jess,

Can you provide some additional information on the issue in regards to the removal of the old location?

I don't quite understand and it would be great if you could explain in more details ideally supported by some screenprints.
