Customer Service Hub Checkbox Behaviour

Hi,

Regular form  Information in CRM version 8:

Customer Service Hub form in CRM version 9:

- Tab is One Column is 1 tab
- Section is One Colum Layout, Field is Left aligned, Field Label is Top
- Field Width is set at the maximum allowed of 283 pixels
- Have tried 2 columns and 1 column in the section for the fields

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi nickmang,

    We need to change the format of the section.

    Go to Advanced Settings > Customizations > Custom the System, expand Entities > Case > Forms, edit the main form.

    In the form editor, click the setion, then click Change Properties.

    Under Formatting tab, select Top. Save and publish.
