Hello Community,

I was wandering if there is in the pos functionality profile card some web service that replicate any item opened in head office to the retail pos terminal, exaclty how there are to customers and transactions.

Maybe this will help clarify.

In an on-premise retail setup, POS terminals typically sync data through web services or scheduled replication jobs — but items aren’t automatically replicated via POS functionality profile like customers or transactions.

What you can do:

Use the Web Services page in BC to publish a Page or Query Web Service for items (e.g., based on Item List or a custom page).

Then, configure your POS system or integration layer to pull item data via that web service.

Alternatively, if you're using LS Central, item replication is handled via Replication Jobs, not web services tied to the POS profile card.

There’s no default "auto-replicate item" web service in the POS profile — you’ll need to configure it separately.
