The best book depends on your requirements. What exact topic do you want to learn about? There are also a lot of learnings and blogs available.
The book you mentioned yourself has some mixed reactions on Amazon. I haven't read or previewed this book myself.

I wan to extract and want to know complete and detail understanding of standard Implementation structure of 365, System Architecture, procedures overall functionality, features real life scenarios and cases etc. could you please recommend some best book provided by Microsoft and other Authentic Author ?

To add to what Andre said: Reading the book is certainly not harmful :-) as the authors can be considered being experts in their field. Yet, it is already a couple of years old and you know technology changes quickly. So, some parts might already be outdated.
If you want to have the latest information available then please check out the MS docs sites, which are always up to date and for free.
