Deleting Case Resolutions

Hi,

I need to reduce the size of the activitypointerbase table to free up some DB capacity. I have run some analysis using the SQL Server Management Studio. Most of the table is taken up with emails, I cant do a lot about the emails really. But we also have a large amount of Case Resolutions and Opportunity Closes.

I am just wondering what the consequences of deleting these are? How will it affect the Opportunity and Case records?

Hi TedW,

I didn't find any information about this. Per my understand, it would not affect the Opportunity and Case in your environment. Because Case Resolutions and Opportunity Closes only record they are resolved/closed and do nothing to your Opportunity and Case. So you can delete them.(Would better backup the environment)
