Retail Statement Posting Batch Job error

Hello,

Recently our retail statement post batch job is throwing below error on one of its task. However, the statement is getting posted successfully. 

By the look of it, I believe one of the task has already started processing the retail statement and at the same time second task tries to pick the retail statement for posting and then gets this error.

This issue happens 3 to 4 times a day. We run this posting job every 5 mins.

can someone please throw some light on what could be causing this issue because this all standard batch job without any customization?

    Hi Vikky ,

    This error means you tried to post statement in started state , and If the statement is in MARKED / STARTED state, it is not calculated properly and posting should not continue.

    Thanks for your response.

    This is all standard batch job. And the next run of the batch job has process it without any issue..

    But we are getting such error 3 to  4 times a day for different statements. Once is error, the very next run of the batch job would process it successfully. Not sure why it failed in the first place then if not calculated properly.
