Changing Format of Usernames to First Name Last Name

Hello all,

I noticed that some of my usernames are in the last name, first name format. I'd like to change them to first name last name, but I'm unable to do so with a workflow (the method I used to change my contacts to first name last name after I changed the name format in settings). Is there another method that needs to be used for usernames?

I figured it out... I changed the user's name in the Office 365 admin portal to something random, waited for it to reflect in CRM Online, then changed it back.
