Do any other resellers have trouble placing order support requests on the Microsoft website? I have only one computer where I can successfully access the Submit and Order Support request. On every other computer I have when I click on the link and the page appears I get "An unexpected error has occurred contact voice@microsoft.com" I have the same version of Silverlight on every computer.
