Trying to export all the of Pick List Data from Dynamic CRM 365 Online to Data Lake using Azure Data Factory.
xxxx.crm6.dynamics.com/.../GlobalOptionSetDefinitions
xxxx.crm6.dynamics.com/.../GlobalOptionSetDefinitions(Name='xxxx_authoritystate')
1. Created LinkedService to CRM - Connection Validated Successfully
2. Using Web Activity (Get Method) with above URL doesn't work. Throw 'Unauthorised' error.
When using same with Power BI, it does work.
Any clues how this can be achieved in Azure Data Factory?
Hi,
In Authentication tab select Authentication mode. How are you connecting to CRM?
Using Application user, if yes then you have to check security role assigned to that user in crm. Also check API permisision in Azure Active directory.

Also, please make sure the application user used in ADF is granted with the correct access.
