How to delete Change Log Entries from on-premises v14.6?

There doesn't appear to be any way (except through SQL) to manage the length of history in Change Log Entries. After some research, it looks like a utility used to exist but is no longer available (why?!?!).

I wasn't able to find anything useful beyond this.

Being a novice administrator of BC on-premises, I'm at a standstill on this one (except to do it manually with SQL). I try to avoid involving our VAR for multiple reasons.

Thank you!

I found both of these documents while doing my research but neither apply to me. I am a SUPER user but I don't have Delete Change Log Entries or anything regarding "retention".

Do you know if these features were removed before my version or added after?

    Hello,

I do not think this is removed in that release. In what role center are you working with?

    Thanks.

I was in a sales role (just because that's the last one I had worked with) but switched it to IT Manager and got a new role center but couldn't find anything relevant under "delete" or "retention".

    Hello,

Okay, if you search for Change Log Entries, you open the Change Log Entries. From Action menu, you can open the request page and filter before deletion of old entries. I am running latest CU, but I cannot believe this was taken out of the product in v14.6.

In Windows Client, this is the path when using CRONUS company:

CRONUS International Ltd./Departments/Administration/Application Setup/General/Change Log Entries

    Thanks.

Honestly, I never looked in the Actions tab for some reason! That works for me!

Thanks for hanging in there with me.
