Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

Email pending send and not email setting to let system send email on users behalf

My colleague is trying to send emails via Microsoft Dynamics CRM however its not sending and has come up pending send.  When I asked to check her settings to ensure she had ticked to allow CRM to send email on her behalf I noticed it was missing completely. 

Can anyone help with this?
