I currently have a situation where I'm trying to post a cycle count journal but when I enter a count for items that are NOT batch controlled, I get the following message:
Things that are known:
1. The Item Number has been entered (you can see that it is right there on the line).
2. The item is NOT batch controlled. In Released Products, the tracking dimension is set to "None".
3. Other lines have been created that ARE batch controlled and they post without error.
4. This item has inventory transactions, purchased and sold, as well as quantity adjustments.
5. This issue applies to ALL NON Batch controlled items, but ONLY in a Counting Journal
What am I missing???
