Dynamics 365 Online suddenly stopped syncing incoming email

This morning I noticed that email to our support mailboxes are not being synced to Dynamics 365. We're using Exchange Online and Server Side Syncing to create cases in the Dynamics 365 Service Module. This has been working flawlessly for almost a year until this morning.

Anyone else experiencing problems? I'll register a service request with Microsoft support and report back.
