Unit price on the sales order

Greeting,

I beg you for help. Colleagues in the warehouse department, when opening a sales order and selecting an item for that selected item, the unit price is displayed, but the unit price is not withdrawn for a colleague who has identical permissions. Also, I who have super permissions the unit price of the item is not showing. What could be the problem? Thank you! Kind regards

    Hi,

    check if that Item has Unit price updated on Item Card.

    Unit price is shown to one colleague, so the cost is updated, otherwise it would not be shown to anyone.

    Maybe you can share some screenshots from two different users looking at the same sales order or warehouse activity?

    Check visible columns for the users if one of the users have a column visible that is missing for another users,

    User can hide and show columns and that is user specific.

    Hi, you can first rule out permission issues, such as temporarily giving Super permissions to this user to see if this problem remains, and if the problem is solved, then please check for insufficient permissions.
